For individual who are unsure about trying therapy for the first time or who find it preferable to stay at home for reasons of comfort, convenience, or other restrictions, I offer teletherapy sessions. These are live video therapy sessions offered to anyone in India. I use a secure platform to conduct these sessions. The app can easily be downloaded on your phone or computer.
Individual Therapy
These sessions allow you to explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns to create solutions to your problems. It gives you a safe and private environment to process through your stressors and triggers and learn a variety of skills to find what works best for you. Common issues addressed in individual therapy include: life transitions, relationships, identity, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, boundary-setting, perfectionism, self-esteem, self–doubt, life-balance, trauma, and communication.
Couples & Family Therapy
Couples & Family therapy can help you with difficulties in relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address issues like marital problems, personal conflicts, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family. These sessions will help in resolving conflicts and learning new ways of relating to each other and developing new lines of communication with each other.
